1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & PKR Payments

All transactions on bat786 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made using the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit card, credit card, and other supported mobile wallets.

The minimum deposit amount and any applicable transaction fees are displayed clearly in the deposit section of your account before you confirm a transaction. bat786 does not charge hidden fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank accordingly.

• You may only deposit funds from accounts or wallets registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using stolen cards, fraudulent payment methods, or funds obtained unlawfully will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• bat786 reserves the right to request proof of payment method at any stage.
• Deposits made in error may be reversed subject to bat786's review and applicable transaction costs.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid out in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players from payment fraud.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bat786 may request documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are shown in your account's withdrawal section.
• Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is an active investigation into account activity, a pending bonus wagering requirement, or an unresolved dispute.

6 Sports Betting Rules

bat786 offers sports betting markets including cricket (Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, Test matches, one-day internationals), football, esports and other sports covered on the platform. By placing a bet, you accept the specific rules applicable to that sport and market in addition to these general Terms.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before you confirm — always review the final odds on the bet slip before submitting.
• bat786 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the rules of the specific market. Some in-play markets may be suspended during key moments of a match.
• For cricket: if a match is abandoned or reduced to fewer overs than the minimum required for a result, bat786 will settle bets in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules displayed on the platform.
• bat786 reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets, or refuse bets at its discretion without providing a reason.
• Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your bat786 balance in PKR once the result is confirmed.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors or engage in arbitrage betting may result in bet voidance and account review.

7 Casino & Slot Games

bat786's casino section includes online slots, live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and variants), and classic table games. All games are provided by third-party game suppliers and are subject to those suppliers' certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages and random number generation systems.

• Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are not influenced by bat786 or the Player.
• bat786 is not responsible for software malfunctions that interrupt a game session. In the event of a disconnection, game state is typically preserved for a limited period and will resume on reconnection. If a session cannot be recovered, the round may be voided and your stake returned.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

• The account is operated by a third party rather than the registered account holder.
• Multiple accounts are detected for the same individual.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, bat786 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is not related to player misconduct — for example, if you choose to close your account voluntarily — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.

11 Prohibited Conduct

14 Changes to Terms
